Consultation + CBCT of the upper and lower jaw (checking bone quality).
Implants cannot be inserted in patients with high blood pressure, in patients with diabetes, in patients on immunosuppressive treatment (corticosteroids, cytostatics), in patients under treatment with bisphosphonates (osteoporosis), in smokers (nicotine leads to vasoconstriction - increases the risk of peri-implant complications).
The implants of the necessary dimensions will be chosen by the implantologist for each patient separately, in such a way as to avoid the maxillary sinuses and the mandibular canal and the mental foramen at the level of the mandible.
Local anesthesia will be administered.

The implant insertion follows in the same session (the most indicated are 6 upper implants + 4 lower implants in the mandible)
